Welcome to this beautiful Yoga inspired routine for neck, shoulder and upper back pain relief. These stretches are designed to help you reduce tension, and gain more relaxation and body awareness. Gift yourself with 10 minutes, just for yourself!
The exercises are suitable for beginners and you can basically do them everywhere. Either sitting on a mat (optional on a blanket), on a chair, at the edge of your bed or even outside while waiting for public transportation.
This routine is also the perfect little office break in order to release tension caused by sitting all day long at the desk.
Furthermore I would like to welcome all of the new non-German-speaking followers here on my channel. Most of you came through my 15 Min. Full Body Stretch and I am more than happy to share my practise with you with the help of these kind of videos (music only, no talking).
In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

Stretches that actually work!! And I love the beeps and the fact there isn't any talking. Because of that, I don't have to look at the screen so much and I can close my eyes and just focus on stretching.

After finally finding the strength to battle a crippling depression, i started doing your stretches. I started off with doing half a video once per week, now a couple months later im doing at least 2 of your videos per day. I havent felt as good about myself in a long time. Yes, I agree. ❤️ We are using your video for breaks in our working sessions with clients. So we love the format, and it's simple(only sitting) and short. It just would be nice if you could add a couple of seconds, to arrive and take a view deep breaths. Also since I do understand German and love your voice, it would be so nice to hace your short instructions about breathing, movements and thinking for English speaking people. Couldn't find an English speaking yogi with similar qualities. If anyone has suggestions?

I've found your channel by accident. And it's the best accident I've had so far. I love that You do not repeat exercises and there's not much talk (You've got a beautiful voice to match your beautiful face but: 1. I don't understand German and 2. I prefer to listen to music than human voice when I do exercises). In other words your channel is PERFECT and I LOVE training with YOU.

Just found this! Absolutely bartender approved. If you’re in the industry and on the shorter side, it’s a lot of repetitive movement that’s above your head (beer taps) or out in front of you where you have to reach and it really locks the shoulders and neck up. This was amazing for release. Thank you!

Bei allem was ich tu, zweifele ich. Eine der wenigen Momente, in denen ich mich zweifelsfrei wohl fühle, sind aktuell deine Videos. Ich habe beschlossen mir Hilfe zu suchen und so lange werde ich immer einen Halt im Yoga und in deinen Videos finden. Ich bin unglaublich dankbar, dass du diesen Raum geschaffen hast. Ich bin 57 und mache diese Übungen seid über einem Jahr täglich und es gibt mir so es schönes Körpergefühl für jeden Tag. Ich bin immer gut gedehnt und kann all die täglichen Anforderungen gut meistern. Vielen Dank Mandy für deine tollen Videos und deine so positive Ausstrahlung dabei 🙏♥️✨🌈

Lässt du auch deine rechte Schulter schwer werden bei 7:35 und wirst bei 1:18 mit jeder Einatmung größer und drehst dich mit der Ausatmung weiter auf? :D

For me, a 22 year old male, this is the first routine I found that is easy to follow for me as a beginner. My back, neck and shoulders felt a bit better after the routine, and because there is no talking and such a good flow, it also relaxed my mind a bit. I'll definitely do this one more often! Thanks for sharing this, keep it going :)

I love love the set up with the no talking just music and time beeps, it gives me a chance to get in the position and see it’s flow. I dont feel like I’m rushing to get into the next pose, I still get the full 30 seconds stretch! Thanks for your great work, it’s a nice change from all the other videos out there. These stretching videos of yours have been life-savers for me! I found them at a time when I couldn't stomach actual yoga with all the namastes and asanas. The last section about self-neck massage is SO apt. We often forget that we can take 30 seconds out to massage those tensed-up muscles ourselves, but when you made that a section of the stretch-routine it becomes so easy to do!! Thanks, Mady. I suffer from terrible dizziness caused by tight shoulders and it's pretty debilitating, sometimes I can't even sleep. I've tried a myriad of exercises for this specific problem but none of them worked, then I found this gem! I've developed some pretty serious pain down my left side in the past couple years, mostly due to sitting at a PC too often. This routine is doing wonders for me. I honestly didn't think it would help much but I do this every night about an hour before bed and it relieves so much tension and pain. Thank you so much.

This is the best! I have chronic neck pain and a stiff back. These stretches were perfect for me and exactly what I needed. I’ve done a lot of neck stretching videos and they are usually too intense and make my neck cramp. I’m so glad I found this.

Im a year late, but girl - you’re amazing. Almost fractured my back a few years ago. My lower back has been messed up ever since, and it doesn’t help when unresolved trauma lays in your back and neck. This stretch took my body and made it soften like boiling noodles. Thanks for this👌🏽

I can’t even tell you how much better my upper back and neck feel since starting this video every night. Between carrying my stress and tension in my shoulders, and have a full time desk job, my upper back is always hurting. I started doing this nightly about a week ago, and I can already feel the difference. This is exactly what I needed and I def recommend it to anyone who needs upper back and neck pain relief. 🙌🏻

Mady hatte mal erzählt, dass sie ihren deutschsprachigen Zuschauern treu bleibt, aber weiterhin, neben deutschen Videos, auch Videos für nicht deutschsprachige Zuschauer macht. Nur weil das eine kommt, muss das andere nicht gehen.😀 Ich finde schön, dass sie auch an alle anderen denkt. Du nicht?

Ich vermute mal, es ist auch eine Frage der individuellen Persönlichkeit. Der/Die eine mag es visuell, der/die andere auditiv, der/die andere haptisch. Beispielsweise kann man bei Videos ohne Stimme tief in die eigenen Muskeln hineinspüren (haptisch), während Videos mit Madys Stimme eventuell auditive Persönlichkeiten eher ansprechen.

I am sure of the effectiveness of this stretching video. As a student, I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, attending classes and studying. Sitting for long periods often leaves me with tense muscles around my neck and shoulders. But I have been consistently doing various stretching videos, including this one, in the morning and evening. It helps with correcting my posture and also brings a sense of relaxation. Thank you for your helpful stretching videos, stretching is so enjoyable! 🤩

Ich wünsche mir ein Feel better Yoga. This is the best!! I love being able to actually enjoy each stretch without rushing onto the next one and feeling like I fell behind. The ding is a gentle indication to look at the screen for the next pose. No talking necessary. I was able to focus on the stretch, intention, and breath. THANK YOU! Excellent format!

At first I started off feeling like, oh there's no breathe in or out notification bcoz stretches need the correct breathe in or out too for best results. But slowly as I stayed on and I started enjoying the variations of stretches suggested with no talking and beeps for moving to next position. Thanks so much❤ Just a suggestion for your beginner audiences though - have a breathe in, hold, release kinda notif for them.

I have rly often pain in my shoulders and neck and i have been trying to find a stretches that work, and i just gotta say that wow. My shoulders actually feel rly good and it doesnt cause any pain for me to keep a good posture, thank you so much for this💞

I'm 62 years old, living in the U.S. I also appreciate this format without vocalizations, plus the bells to let me know when to prepare for the next stretch. It was effective for my neck and didn't hurt me although I have a connective tissue illness. I would prefer only instrumental music without vocals.

I started doing few of your stretch videos everyday for almost a 2 weeks now, and my shoulders and neck feels sooo better now! I sleep better, i sit better, i have less pain etc. Thank you so much

@@madymorrison verstehe ich sehr gut. Größere Zuschauerzahlen wenn global... Jedoch entspanne ich eher mit geschlossenen Augen und deiner Stimme als ständig auf den Bildschirm sehen zu müssen. Deine Stimme auf english wäre kein Problem für mich und bringt vielleicht noch mehr für deine internationalen Zuschauer? Nur so ein Gedankengang 🙃

I've started doing this almost every morning and I have stopped needing to go to my chiropractor, which was a relief during Covid. I still may go in for a tuneup here and there in the future, but apparently what I really needed was consistent stretching. All of the stretching/yoga videos I've ever tried have been too overwhelming, but the music-only option with the beeps was perfect for me to actually feel what my body was doing. Thank you so, so, so much.

Mady, you are simply the best when it comes to stretching videos. They are sooo relaxing but also extremely efficient at working our tight and tense muscles. I always feel amazing and at peace with myself after doing your stretch videos. Your excellent choice of songs is the cherry on the sundae.
