I think a video on microplastic reduction and management (with a better title maybe lol) would be useful .

ie make as little dust/shavings as possible, work inside or use dropcloths, collect shavings/spilled flakes, what to do with them etc.

This channel is a truly awesome resource...thanks for the hard work! Can recycled HDPE sheets be used safely in boat building? I have seen mention of "marine grade" HDPE, but is this anything more than clever marketing?

What kind of metal sheets do you use for the mould? Stainless steel or aluminium plates and what thickness? 1/2 mm?

I have been experimenting with making plastic sheets but quite often I am getting trapped air inside the sheets. there is a thin layer of plastic on the top of the sheet and a trapped pocket of air underneath. Have you experienced this and do you have any suggestions on how i could avoid this problem, Thanks

How much HDPE/PP flakes is necessary (in kilograms) for making a sheet of 1 square meter with a thickness of 6 mm? How long does it take to make one 1 sheet of 1 square meter? Only preparation, the heating and pressing procedure. (so exclusive the cooling down) If the time needed is for example one hour, what is necessary for each sheet to let it cool down outside the heating/pressing machine in order to prevent warping, etc, and to produce 8 sheets per working day?

0.6x100x100 = 6000 cm³ the density of hdpe can range from 0.93 to 0.97 g/cm³ --> 5580 to 5820g/sheet the density of pp is ~ 0.93g/cm³ --> 5580g/sheet

Serious Answer: Not really unless using some expenssive PEEK engineering plastic Even then it wouldn't be as durable Best oprions are bio-asphalts for repairs, and roller compacted concrete for new roads GRANTED some of Germany's Panzarstrase (didn't have the right key for that lol) or "tank roads" had cement squared connected with an elastomer I THINK but i don't know what the elastomer was de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panzerstra%C3%9Fe
