In this video, I take a look at a custom flashlight called the Okluma DC1. I’ve owned a DC1 for a couple years now, and they’re built out of Oklahoma by a guy named Jeff. The DC1 is the progenitor of the original flashlight that started the triple-LED craze, the Mac’s Tri-EDC. Mac himself went rogue years ago, and Jeff picked up the demand for the setup. With that said, Jeff has implemented a lot of little changes over the years to distinguish the DC1 from the Tri-EDC.
Watch the video for a more nuanced understanding of the flashlight's pros and cons. At the end, I cover the current state of the custom flashlight market as well.
I do have a written review of this flashlight as well, if that’s more your speed.

Bear in mind that the last segment of the written review that covers secondary market value does not hold as true as it did then. I elucidate upon this - broadly - in the video.
