Thank you so much. A lifesaver and money saver for sure. I have an EFX 546i and the down arrow stopped working on the Cross Ramp. The only thing I had trouble with, which you did not really go into any detail about, was removing those 4 bolts. It required an Allen key to remove the bolts, 5/32, after trying all my different torques, and it was then that I tried the Allen key which worked fine. I also did not remove the heart rate connector next to the lower board connector only because I could not disconnect and was afraid it would break. Anyways, it all went smoothly after dismantling following the rest of your instructions and then putting it all back together. Thank you again!

Great video! I have the same issue with my Precor EFX 833 with a P30 Console s/n: AEXX.... There is no part in the parts list named D-Pad Snap Dome. I wasn't able to find the part I need when reviewing the parts diagram and list. The incline and intensity toggles done adjust the levels. Can you help identify the part I need? Thank you!

Moved my Precor 5.35 elliptical, now it doesn’t turn on. Hear a click when power switch is turned on. Two rear circuit boards, one has illuminated red LED, other illuminated green LED. Checked continuity of cables and appears to be good. Suggestions?
