I actually just thought of a very cool yet silly and dumb convergent idea Bulkin/Swolot (Gulpin/Swalot) Pure fighting type Lower speed sp.atk but higher atk Iron Fist/Scrappy/Comatose (Hidden) Bulkin (bulking): The yellow thing on Gulpin's head becomes a buff arm that has a mind of its own on Bulkin. (And of course Bulkin's body changes colors cause it would look too much like Gulpin otherwise) The black patch on Gulpin's back becomes white and has an orange vitamin item symbol (Cause the color of the symbol is orange on the protein item) Pokedex entry: The body is constantly asleep, so the arm keeps it alive by dragging it across the floor (hence the lower base speed) and feeding it. When it's not doing that, it trains. Swolot (swole+lot/a lot): The moustache Swalot has becomes a set of buff arms that do everything for it as the body is still asleep on Swolot. Its eyes are closed (cause it's asleep duh). The black patches on its body become white and get the same symbol Bulkin has Pokedex entry: The body got so big and heavy that the arm had to multiply and find a place to be able to reach the ground. The fast asleep body is packed with protein that is constantly transported to the arms. Feel free to steal the idea lol

Absolutely in love with Sweebro. Everything about it makes too much sense, especially the Normal/Bug typing. Just needs Attack Order, Defend Order, and Heal Order.

This collection of Pokemon would work really well in a game based off Italy. Come to think of it, a game based off Italy would be cool incorporating Venice, Sicily, the Alps, Vatican City and putting the Pokemon League smack in the Roman Coliseum

im all about the psyduck convergent here, i was thinking for one for him in my region but was a ground type that evolved into a platypus golduck and became poison/ground. really nice designs tho

Tanghetti needs to be real

I like the idea of Sweebro leveling similar to Slowbro but have lot's of relations to Combee like how slowpoke is to Shellder. Poiduck and Velduck are very intresting, honestly for my idea in them it would be fun if they have lots of knowledge of fighting moves but not a fighting type like Psyduck and Golduck aren't psych type.

Lemlin (and Zapplem) isn't quite a 'convergent' evolution, more of a regional variant as the 'worm' inside the lemon is still the same 'wyrm' (dragon) that's in an Applin.

I'm liking the food based pokemon, especially the extremely Italian looking Tanghetti. I just thought of one. Fryogonal - fire/grass A convergent evolution of Cryogonal. It's a waffle fry instead of a snowflake. Its ability is "Fries With That". When an ally pokemon attacks an opponent, Fryogonal automatically adds slightly more damage.

YLl deserve an award for this. I hope these are patented. Don't want them taking your ideas.

I feel that Sinistcha and Lemlin shouldn't count as Convergent Pokemon because they're too similar to their basis. I think they're more like closely related Pokemon/Evolutionary cousins My take is Budew Convergent based on the desert rose, and quartz. The quartz are the "flowers". It would be a Rock/Electric type Personally I want the platypus to be a starter in an Australian region. Make it Water/Poison

Personally for Velduck I would have went for Posion/Psychic it can be a psychic type unlike golduck which should be psychic type. Also it’s speed is to low to be a Golduck related Evolvution. All its stats should be 78 or higher as with the originals Golduck has always been a great Pokémon and very balanced and reliable in story and competitive play

The honey bear is adorable. The diglett thing is overdone. It's gotten a regional already. Time to give some love to other mons, imo. Personally, I'd love to see the Nidoran lines featured. Especially Nidoqueen. She never gets any love in these sorts of videos.
