I can't wait to see Morningflower. For people wondering why Morningflower could be a major character, she's actually one of Onestar's sisters, alongside Ashfoot. I hope we get a scene with Onestar (Onewhisker at the time) comforting her twice. Once after her kits, beside Gorsekit, are all born dead, and a second time where Gorsepaw dies.

I think it could make sense with the amount of cats in windclan thing if they just make it so that a bunch of cats didn’t survive or just decided to become kittypets or loners when they were driven out as their living conditions were awful. I’d be surprised if no cat decided to just leave and find somewhere better than where they decided to stay or got killed either by sickness, by cars, twolegs (they threw glass at them) or any other thing. I dread for what they’ll do with Whitetail and Smoke.

Great video! I’m excited to see all the cats, I hope they bring back Tallstar’s half siblings like Flykit and turn them into actual characters. :) That would be cool!

I just hope Onestar's super edition doesn't turn out to be just like Leopardstar's Honor, where it just shows the events the happened to WindClan throughout the Prophecies Begin and The New Prophecy with Onestar's pov behind it. And every time he does something bad he instantly gets redeemed only for him to go on and do more bad things. And I hope they don't write it so that Onestar is completely justified in abandoning Smoke after all their kits expect for Darktail dies all because she "would see that he was just a normal warrior after all." I also hope they include some of OnestarxWhitetail and their kits cuz I think that would be cool. But yeah I just hope this Super Edition doesn't try to Onestar off as a better character than he was in the books, and that he actually "was sorry for his actions." One last thing, I hope they include in the Prologue, Onestar's death scene where he fights Darktail then the rest of the book could show of most of his life up to that point. Final thing, I hope they don't have huge time jumps in the middle of the books. Like, Onestar becomes leader then the next chapter he is in the Great Battle where he attacks ThunderClan because it's honestly a bit confusing when that happens, cuz I don't know which cats are alive and which are dead. So if they do that, I just hope that they could include an updated allegiance for all the Clans of some sort cuz I don't want to go digging through all my Warriors books for a current allegiance list for WindClan for that time period. Ok that's all sorry for the huge comment I just had a lot to say about this.

Well, I sure hope the book makes me hate him, I don't want him to be presented as a super sympathetic character. I think the blue cover looks better, the red one hurts my eyes a bit. For the book, I'll hope Smoke will get her very first appearance (which is extremely likely), One x White (they can retcon her becoming queen so early, then it won't be as weird) and if this happens, baby Heathertail. And Gorsepaw! Omg, we can see more Gorsepaw. I also want him to have a nice relationship with his sisters. Please don't have any of his family members be bullies, I do like all of them and don't want them to suddenly be horrible.

I hope we at least get some elaboration on why onestar turned on thunderclan so quickly, since I don’t remember really having any of that in the books. But I could be wrong, however I hope it’s not just explained as “onestar always found Firestar annoying and was just lying about being his friend and what not” since it doesn’t fit the onewhisker we knew in tpb

Anyone else hoping for more info on Deadfoot and Morningflower? Like we never got conformation on Deadfoot's death. And he's a father of a main character! Was it a fight with remaining blood clan cats at the border? Dogs? Illness? Did Onestar look up to him? Are Morning and Ash still considered his siblings? How did that change how him and Crowfeather interacted Do we get to see what happened to Eaglekit and Crow's other siblings. What about Morningflowers kits? Like there's a LOT of unanswered questions about the windclan families I would love to see. Especially sense we be living right through it all.

The problem with doing these super editions retroactively is that by now the writers have added so much stuff about the different characters that contradictions are inevitable. One thing I think Leopardstar's Super Edition and other recent books have done well is showing that a lot of the cats introduced before the first arc actually stuck around behind the scenes. Plus, we know that WindClan was driven out in a huge battle and had to be homeless for a decent bit. Warriors already has a convenient excuse to kill off a lot of them while still making it meaningful to Onestar's arc. I am interested to see where they go with Whitetail. It's never explicitly said in the books that Onestar ever had another mate besides Smoke (unless I'm wrong). They can easily sidestep that whole thing by giving Whitetail to another cat. It would eliminate some of the implications. A Onestar love triangle is something I never considered, but there's not a lot they can do that'll make me dislike the guy more than I already do.

I'm fairly sure the first-series alliegences don't list all the cats from the other clans. They usually only list characters that have somehow appeared in the books. In TPB, Thunderclan is supposed to be small, thus explaining why they would take in a kittypet: They needed Warriors to defend their territory from the larger clans. That doesn't make much sense if every other clan is half the size of Thunderclan. Allegiances were just used differently in the first series. Into the Wild, the book directly before Fire and Ice, lists only Tallstar in Windclan's allegiances. Clearly, Tallstar wasn't the only cat in Winclan at that time.

I like to think they moved the Riverstar Super Edition to next year because they thought it'd be confusing to have it in the same year as a book named River that is unrelated. It's probably not that though.

I just want one thing in this Supers Edition: Why he changed his character after being leader and being so despicable towards Firestar I know it might be to prove his loyalty, but still, I just want to see more insight of that

I think I remember Vicky saying that the reason the allegiances are so short in early books is because she only included cats who made an appearance somewhere in the book; then later on in the series they started showing every cat in the other Clans. Though with everything WindClan went through in the early series it wouldn't be surprising if quite a few cats don't make it, I do think the clan is bigger at the time than it's shown to be early in the series.

I still hate how they decided to go with a WindClan super edition but they STILL don't want to give us any Harestar! I want to know more about the only leader who doesn't have a history with Firestar other than "oh, he was leader of another clan when I was growing up". Not to mention, he's the *current* leader of WindClan! He has no past and I want to know his past now that he's leader since he's not a faceless warrior anymore! I know I've ranted about this a million times now but it's not going to stop until we get some insight into Harestar's past.

I hope the heathertail and lionblaze romance happens in this book so that onestar can have some reflection on his unsuccessful forbidden romance

I'm actually pretty excited for this one. Onestar has never been my favorite character, at least, in his time as leader (I'd say he was definitely more bearable as a warrior), but I'm interested to see if this makes me dislike him- even just a little bit- less!

Onestar is really one of my favorite characters and i really hope they give us a good reason for why he attacked thunderclan. Also whitetail being onestars mate was confirmed in the books. Once in omen of the stars dovewing listens to the windclan camp and some cat says “where is whitetail” and some other cat replies “She is sharing onestars den tonight.” So they are mates in the books, but i think Im the only one who noticed.

Sandgorse and Brackenwing died back when Tallstar was an apprentice, so they won't be here. Shrewclaw is the one I'm worried about. He is the father of Mud and Torn, yet died before they were born. Shrew also gave Tallstar a life. Tallstar became leader when Onestar was still a kit in the nursery. Shrewclaw is in the allegiances of RD despite already being dead by this point. Dawnstripe, Woollytail and Palebird also gave Tall a life, so they clearly died off screen at one point. The FAI allegiances called Onestar young which really makes you wonder how long prior he was born.

I'm actually excited for this. Onestar has made lots of mistakes, I'd like to see what was going through his head. I'm almost certain we will end up hating him more after this though... I'd assume its going to be more him trying to justify his actions and not redeeming himself.

I can’t say I’m happy about this announcement at all. I don’t enjoy onestar at all. I’m just fatigued with these books about leaders of clans. Though I can understand these books are more to pave the way for upcoming cats who will fulfill the role of leaders in upcoming installments. More than anything it just seems kinda lazy, you can kinda easily write conflict that will be a handful for the cat responsible for the lives of their clans. But focus on a general warrior/queen/elder can be very focused on. And can give much much needed characterization for the Everyman of these clans and their community and friendgroups . We know of black star/ leopard star/ onestar. Give me anyone else.

I always thought the reason Windclan lost so many cats was because of Brokenstar because the fight was so bad it caused Windclan to flee so them losing several cats and feeling overwhelmed would make sense. I think that would be the thing I look forward to the most. I was saying to my friend a couple months ago that I would like a Onestar super edition/novela only because I wanted to see the Windclan getting driven out event. Onestar isn't my least Fav leader (Tigerheartstar or Bramblestar probably takes that spot) but I at least want to see them try to explain why he shifts suddenly and how he feels about it (Also if we got all three of them from the last poll then I'm holding out hope for an Ivypool super edition/novella that focuses on her grief in the end of A light in the mist like what all the maps/animations/animatics have been doing)

'After the great battle with the dark forest, 6 moons later and they want to have another battle. But this time, Dark Forest wins. Will the clans tumble to the ground? What is StarClan's Desicion?'

I voted blue 2. Also, I can't wait for Onestar's Confession! I think it'll dive way deeper into Smoke's charecter. I've kind of taken an interest in her since Onestar's Confession was announced.

I love how at the end where all the cats are placed together like a little scene. Smoke's tail is rubbing aginst Onestar's chin as though tempting him to join her; while Onestar is looking at and has his tail around Whitetail, as though to keep her close.

Ya know what I wish would happen? I wish that at the end of Onestar’s super edition, instead of praising him or saying he “did his best as a leader” Tallstar would just absolutely CRUSH this cat with words. Just chewing him out about how much of a bad leader he was, just absolutely destroying this dude and calling him out for what he did. Which is exactly what Onestar should get since he deserves it.

Honestly my one and only desire for Onestar's Confession is that the pacing is actually good and not...a compete speedrun of events from WindClan's perspective and that the title actually lives up/summarizes the story I kinda don't mind if they have to make up a bunch of cats for WindClan and then never talk about them again; it's sorta par for the course for the series, even for the old team (looking at the SkyClan books especially) If the story is decent/strong enough and written semi-well, I tend to let most of the other problems the WC writing team tends to have; hopefully the new supernovel has the rough outline you predicted; it should make for an interesting read.

Personally I'm actually OK with the idea of a lot of the unknown cats being axed off. Mostly because they're not as big a part of the story. One ot two being significant isn't the same thing as being all of them being relevant.

The reason Onestar betrays Thunderclan so quickly is because just before he died, Tallstars told Onewhisker about his love for Kitty pet who happened to be Firestars Dad. We'll get homophobia and bigotry all in one. A complete package to truly make us hate Onestar.

To be honest, even though I am completely disinterested in new warriors content due to AVoS (Darktail being Onestar's son was the BIG reason why I became completely disillusioned with the series, since it felt OOC for Onewhisker, since Onewhisker was actually a nice guy, unlike Onestar - tbh I feel like a lot of things they did with Onestar was honestly just for cheap external drama. I feel like the change from genuinely nice guy to asshole was way too fast- in fact, not rushing his character arc would have given us a better conflict.) I am half curious and half worried to see what they will do with his character.

I want Ashfoot to bully Onestar too, and Morningflower to comfort him. This will not only be a cute moment (Morningflower is a dear), but it will make the fact that Onestar made Ashfoot his deputy more... fitting to his character after he becomes leader. He puts past friendships and dilemnas behind him to focus on what's best for his clan.

I feel like they could add the aftermath of the dark forest situation and his thoughts about it.

I feel like this book could be interesting and possibly the best way to explain his change in his behavior and character during the books and maybe get a better glimpse on what Onestar was doing during the time that he was mates with Smoke and why he ended up being mates with her despite him already being mates with Whitetail which side note: does anybody find it weird that he ended up being mates with his own apprentice, anyway I would also like to see how he is to Heathertail if she is his daughter, was he a good father? Was he a bad feather? Was he in between good and bad father? I would die if I read an entire 500 page book from Onestar's POV And the other Clans' cats are just rlly small other than the POV character's Clan. For example: Squirrelflight is POV character. ThunderClan is much larger because there aren't gonna be like 20 important characters from the other side the lake, and, sorry to say, Squilf isn't *that* popular around the lake-

Wait a second. Onestar and Ashfoot are siblings right. And Ashfoot and Deadfoot had Crowfeather right. So that would make Crowfeather Onestar's nephew. With whitetail, Onestar had a daughter named Heathertail. We all know Heathertail right? And in Crowfeathers trial, it was relieved that both Breezepelt, Crowfeathers son, and Heathertail, Onestars daughter had feelings for each other. They later became mates and had kits. And they're both kin. We all knew this was going to happen.

I literally don’t know nothing about this series but I have the books of dawn of the clans, 1-6 I’m planning to get the whole series before I start reading the books I have so far!

I hope we see a lot of his inner thoughts of when he decided to end the friendship between WindClan and ThunderClan. It is made extremely clear that he was practically bullied into doing so by the other warriors, so I think it would be interesting to see his inner turmoil during that situation.

I hope red takes the lead. But I'm not sure what is meant by Whitetail was pregnant in the forest territories? I mean, it was never actually stated Whitetail and Onestar are mates to begin with, except a hint with Whitetail and Onestar sleeping in his den together, which is something only done by mates. So they don't really have to make them mates if they decide not to. But back to that thing about Whitetail being pregnant. The only child they apparently have is Heathertail, and she was born in the lake territories. Whitetail didn't have kits in the forest territories. By the time he fell in love with Whitetail and they became mates and had kits (if that actually happened anyways) the Smoke thing is in the past. I don't think they'll be a love triangle or any Onestar cheating. I don't like Onestar, but I'm excited to read his POV. I hope they make him a good character. Justify his actions? Please don't. He doesn't have to be portrayed as morally god all the time to be a good character, so I hope they make him a good character without portraying him as an amazing cat.

I like to think the book may reveal more about his affair with Smoke, because I saw the “confession” part. I’m not surprised that he’ll get a book after Winds of Change to see both sides. I like the book with red, but I understand having blue because of contrasting colors thing, as the blue can make Onestar pop out more… if it was a dark blue.
