I fn ruined my oral health badly. I have a lot of oral health problems and I am obsessed, sad, miserable, my life is screwed up because I have to run home to go make sure I brush my teeth each night before a certain time (because if I don't brush them before a certain time) I will see plaque build up or build up more in my teeth the next day or early in the morning that day (if I brushed my teeth early in the morning like anywhere between 12:00AM-whenever I didn't brush my teeth before then the evening before). I have gum recession, plaque in my teeth, a dental abfraction, brown and yellow teeth, red gums, black spots between my teeth, my tongue looks white and or yellow a lot of the times by the time I brush my teeth in the evening and morning at times, it takes me a long time to clean my tongue off (more than it did before before I ruined my oral health), I have cracked teeth or teeth lessening themselves, I have a big hole in one of my teeth, I have a hole in the side of one of my teeth, my breath smells bad some of the times in the day, when I floss my gums bleed, when I floss I smell some nasty egg, rotting or some other foul type of smell in or around or something of some of the teeth I floss after I floss in between them, I see some white looking stuff in between or around some of my teeth that have gum recession, my teeth feel loose at times, I had some bonding done on my teeth, my teeth feel ashy at times before (and after sometimes I after I brush), sometimes when I run my tongue on some of my teeth that had the bonding done on them (and even some of them that didn't have the bonding on them) I taste a bitter type of taste on them. That's all I can remember. I really desperately badly want miracles to get my oral health back fully.
