Why may my upper stomach hurt? I am 11weeks pregnant and get a pulsating feeling in my diaphragm area all the way from the right side to the left side. This is a every day pain I been having.

I have pcos .. recently diagnosed (missing a lot of periods & I never had time to go to the doctors & recently my periods started to get back on track) I lost some weight & i got my period back to normal in October 2022. I had really bad cramps like bad bad (worse than Regular period cramps) & oh not to mention lighting bolt strike feelings in my behind 😖 That’s how I ended up being diagnosed with pcos & this month of July 2023 I missed my period… I spotted last month & then yesterday I spotted a bit not alot just from wiping . I currently don’t feel comfortable laying on my stomach it feels so weird idk , but my pregnancy test came out negative .. could I be possibly resting too early ? Or maybe is it just my pcos again giving me irregular periods ?? Idk like how I just got back on track everything was fine . I’ve been TTC for almost 4 years :’(

I also have PCOS ttc for 12 years and normally have a period every 2 weeks now IV not had a period in about 2 months I'm having period pain and heartburn but still no period I hate PCOS it sucks
