I washed all my baby’s clothes before his birth & then he was 11 days late (which never happens anymore), but he was 10 lbs, 4 oz & couldn’t fit into any of the newborn clothes 🙄 Everybody is different, so don’t worry about the birth. Just be open to everything. I’m so eager for both of you 💜🦋

You both look gorgeous! My son was born at 31 weeks so he had a difficult time latching because he was so small. My lactation specialist gave me a nipple shield and that way I was able to nurse but for him it was similar to drinking from a bottle. People have differing opinions on it but I liked it because it gave me that opportunity to nurse him when I wouldn't have been able to. Enjoy this time with your hubbies before babies come! Pregnancy brain is so a thing! And it continued after baby arrived for me.

I’m so excited for you both! I had my son first and then had a daughter. One of my favorite things that I got so excited about was discovering the pink dryer lint after washing her new baby clothes before she arrived 💕

I was in early labor for 4 days and then my water broke and needed an induction because my baby girl was just not coming down and no progression. Then a c section because she was 9 pounds 6 ounces. Too big to fit. You both will be great moms ❤️

It's so much fun having two babies close in age. My two sisters had baby girls and they are BFF. The oldest is 10 months and the other is 7 months its been so fun seeing them together. I know your both having different genders but I'm sure they will be BFF. You ladies are so beautiful. Love you all.

If you get contractions you cant breath through or don't go away after drinking water thats a pretty definite sign to go into the hospital . Best of luck to you both! I will be praying for safe deliveries for you both I'm so excited for you both!! I'm loving all these updates!

Talking about your anticipated labour's - my first was funny. My husband had booked time off for the birth on 25/6 for a month. He was working night shift and the workers went out on strike on his last night so he did all his jobs around the house the previous day (23rd) so we were just waiting around for my 3pm (24th) Drs appointment whenI went out to get the mail - took 1/2 a dozen steps from where I was sitting and I felt a gush. I said to him I think my waters just broke. He said BS. I went to get the mail then came back inside. This was nearly 2.30pm. I started getting contractions. By the time I got to my Drs appointment they were getting stronger and closer together. 3pm came and went and other people kept going into the Drs room. I said to my husband I need to see him today so go and see what is happening as I ain't moving until I go into the Drs room. He went up to reception and said what was happening and when was my appointment. Apparently my appointment was the next day. I always had them on the Wed every week so I don't understand why it was on Thurs. But I went into the Dr and he checked me I was already about 4cm dilated and he said he will let the hospital know to expect me and he will see me there later. OK. Jac was born at 10.23pm that night. His head got stuck as it was in the wrong position. Once that was changed he was ready to come out. I had to be cut (he said it was easier to fix rather than a tear.) But something they do not tell you is if you do have stitches down there and you need to go to the toilet, you will not break your stitches and it is a relief when you do go. They would not let me go until I had been to the toilet properly. Jack is nearly 24. Where did that time go.

My tips about “when am I in labor?” - you are more likely to have an experience like your mom and maternal relatives. If none of them had precipitous labor then you like won’t either. If they all always walk around at a 3 for several weeks or go early that helps you hone in on what it might be like for you. -you are in active labor when your contractions are atleast 5 minutes apart and last 1 minute. For me it felt like the baby was kicking my bladder. - a contraction timer is great if you are not sure. I like gentle birth contraction timer.

the way you guys will know that you're in labor is one your water breaks or if you get contractions you time them. but I experienced pregnancy 3 times and I had to be induced all three times. you girls are beautiful and amazing and I wish you both a healthy beautiful easy birth. can't wait to see your beautiful babies. congratulations girls

I have 3 kids my first was born via c-section and two vbacs and I did tear but the first time not too bad but the second vaginal birth it was a lot but my last baby was huge and he just fit. I can’t wait to see ya have ur baby’s. My water broke at the hospital both times. But the second birth it did on its own at hospital and last baby they had to break it. Boys and girls are definitely different. I have a girl first and two boys. My daughter talked so much since she was Almost 1 but my son talked later like at 2. And my 1 year old says a few words but my girl was definitely faster. I started leaking at 30 weeks I believe. First child a baby girl was 7.15 pounds, Second child a baby boy was 9.7 pounds, and 3rd child a baby boy was 10.1 pounds.

One recommendation for you, it just might help for your acne, a Norwex Body&Face cloth, all you need is water and the cloth, wash your face with it once or twice a day. If it works for you like it did for me, you will have no more acne.
