I would love a super slow, full body stretch video! I know I could pause the video but it takes so much away from the relaxation for me to get a good stretch. I love your videos! I have been doing yoga everyday this pregnancy but I just need more to feel fully stretched.

37 weeks and counting and your full body stretch yogas are the only thing that helps me sleep at night. I have tried a variety of teachers and styles and always find myself coming back to this one. I think I’ve done it over 50 times 😅

31 weeks and feeling really good after this yoga stretch. I have been following you since the beginning of my 2nd trimester, once morning sickness had subsided. This is my 3rd pregnancy and wish I knew this channel during my 1st and 2nd pregnancy. I would like to see a 45mins or 1hr stretch or yoga stretch. I find 30mins too short and always wanting more. Keep doing what you're doing, it's very encouraging.

I’m almost full term and haven’t been very active with this pregnancy due to my ten month old my upper body strength is weak now so it’s hard to support my weight thank you for the stretches.

Thanks for a great pregnancy stretching video! I find it so hard now in the third trimester to do a downward dog. The carpal tunnel combined with the added weight of baby really makes it challenging!

This is a great Channel. Now I am 21 weeks pregnant of my second baby and I find your 20-30 minutes yoga, pilates and workout classes perfect for me. I feel better after every class and they also help me with flexibility and not gaining too much weight. I look forward to do your postpartum classes and diastasi recti exercises.

Thank you for this video. I am at 20th weeks with my first baby.I had stopped running last week, and I am not doing my daily routin exercises, my body just does not feel well with them. I feel I need more calm like in this video. My muscles are so stiff( stress, body changes...), so I am happy I found you.

Thank you for these resourceful videos, I really enjoy doing the yoga together with it and I watch different video every time. I noticed some videos have small window opening up with an easier variation of a current pose, I think it’s very helpful as some poses are indeed hard for me and I do the easier pose. Just unfortunately not all videos have that. Wish they would!

I’m 30 eeeks pregnant, just came back from a long walk. Needed to stretch it out and this video was the perfect stretch. Lit a candle and held the poses a little longer I feel like I just had a massage! Awesome. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this channel, these videos are so great. One thing that would be really helpful is if you made more specific playlists (like prenatal yoga, prenatal HIIT, etc). Because you have so many videos (amazing - thank you), it takes too long to find a “yoga” specific video for the days needs bc it’s mixed in with all types of prenatal classes. Just a tip, I hope it’s not too difficult.

These videos are very helpful!! I have been dealing with back and rib pain and this is helping to ease the discomfort. It would be great if you could do a video specifically for rib stretches and rib pain as I have had trouble finding some!!

I am new to your channel. This video was very helpful for me! I am 4 months pregnant and was super into yoga before i was pregnant and I really strayed away from it. My 1st trimester was awful and i was always so sick. I lost 7 pounds. Being in my 2nd trimester i feel A LOT better with more energy. I am so glad i landed on your channel and this video❣️

Your classes are amazing! I have been doing these at least twice a week and really feel the the difference in my back and shoulders. It It makes working from home at a desk during lock down and my first pregnancy much more manageable. Thankyou!

Love your routines. It has definitely kept me in shape and also reduce pain in my hips and lower legs. Do you provide any lower leg / lower body yoga routines? On the last 8 weeks of pregnancy and more pain in my lower legs.
