This was recorded as a pre-end-of-term performance I streamed on Discord. I know there are some wrong notes, and hesitations, but overall I'm happy with how this went considering I had the pressure of a virtual audience.
I'll take this over the endless rerecording trying to get the perfect take where I am happy with everything.

Yeah, it really has been. Having the pattern the same throughout has freed up enough mental capacity for me to read ahead. Something I’ve never even understood how it’s even possible before now. And being 30 odd, different chords it’s also really difficult to memorise. I did eventually, but reading was essential for probably 2/3 of the time i spent on it.

I've always enjoyed that final chord broken. I'm a pretty much beginner after many false starts through the years. I'm 53 years old now and starting again, but I've got the first half of this piece pretty much memorized and need to finally finish it! I've forced this piece in through the years.

I found this piece very hard to memorise, until my teacher broke it down into dynamic sections. Crescendo here, longer crescendo here, quiet there etc. Once that had occurred it started to fall into place.

I like the tempo you play at. Other performances I have heard remind me of a horse race--out of the gate too fast. Yours is a continuous flow but there is still a kind measured infinitesimal slowing which just seems to savor the music.
