It’s not uncommon for your hair to change as you get older. As a younger person, maybe you had a full head of brown, black, red, or blonde hair. Now that you’re older, you may notice thinning in certain areas of your head, or your hair may change from its original color to gray or white.
Your body has hair follicles, which are small sacs that line skin cells. Hair follicles have pigment cells known as melanin. These cells give your hair its color. But over time, hair follicles can lose pigment, resulting in white hair.
Here are common causes of premature white hair.
1. Genetics
2. Stress
3.Auto immune disorder
4. Thyroid disorder
5. Vitamin B-12 deficiency

i did not take good care of my hair when i was 15 years old.Because of my neglegence my hair started to turn grey now almost 1/4th of my hair is white. Its not gentics no one in my family had white hair at my age . Note:-Prosonal Experience mai Gurienty deta hu 1.5 year follow karo baal kala nahi hue tab bolna -Sab kuch ka time table banao (smaya se uthna, khana, sona etc) -Tension mat lo -Green Vegetable jyada khao -Protein and Vitamins wala khana khao jitna body ko jarurat h per day -Water pio 4-5 litres daily -Ek jagha par mat baitho jyada samaye tak -Exercise, Yoga and Meditation karo -Ayurved Jadi buti khao like ashwargandha, etc.. -Awla, Alovera and Geloy Juice piyo daily -Masturbate mat karna please 2 times in 1 months shakte ho (Control kr bsdk ) -Diet par jyada focus karo -Shrif ghar ka khana khao jyada oily food mat khao -street food kam khaya karo like pizza, burger, etc..
