Love the electric cart ride, less background noise. (Was it just me or did my subconscious still hear the gas cart? 😮) My tip would be to have the inset of you two placed on lower left corner. I was getting a big view of the street while whizzing along and not much of a look of the houses. ??

Wow! I have been driving past this Premier Neighborhood every week for the past 2 months for an in-home rehearsal on the next block down and never new it! You both truly find the hidden gems. Holly and Al are wonderful friends for you and shortly you'll have your right hand man, Mike back. Yes, a neighbor was probably thinking, "what is this idiot doing driving around in circles??" Made me laugh out loud! And yet, I would have also been that idiot driving around in circles (and driving my husband crazy at the same time.😏) Fun! fun!

When you turned into the Pinellas at Evans Prairie section, the yellow house that was straight ahead has been my favorite every since I saw it. Every time I golf at one of the three courses on Hendry that Jerry mentioned, I have to pass that street coming and going to the courses. I always have to look at that house.

The other day we saw the Harmeswood of Belle Aire gate off of Buena Vista (way north of 466 and north of El Camino Real) and decided to see what it's about. These are some of the most incredible homes in the Villages, in some cases far beyond what's seen in this video. Even the gates are upscale, not the typical arm but purpose-built ones that swing in. Curiously, when looking up the place on the map, it doesn't show as a dedicated neighborhood, and you need to know to turn on Avalos Drive to find it. It's a bit far for your golf cart but you might want to take a drive up there, if you haven't visited before -- what a gem in the Villages!

My favorite premier neighborhood is Bridgeport at Miona Shores. I texted "Little Bit" and he came down right away - always up for some J&L. We have the magnet hardware on our garages. I really want a pool because nobody needs to see the "cash and prizes" I'm offering, and I love the idea of cocktails and a dinner party around the pool. You would (of course) be invited. I like neutral colored homes. That's a hip roof, said Kit, the realtor of 30+ years. Do not miss the background music. Didn't even realize it was missing (or that you use it) until you mentioned it. I would love an RV garage that we could convert into a theatre for Ted. I think that style of home you like is a Sanibel. I would want to coordinate with my neighbor on the grass cutting. I think the lawns would be even, and it's probably much easier for the lawn company to get them all together at the same time. I was just on your website!

A very friendly suggestion. When editing the video, you can mirror the camera footage from inside the cart. That way when you point left or right it will make more sense for the viewer. Great video, thanks for all you do!

Halloween 🎃 decorations have been up since the end of August and Christmas ⛄️🎄has been I stores 🏬 since September. Agreed. Like arched garage doors. No music is fine. Can hear you guys great. Yes. Hear the birds 🐦. Some of the driveways are beautifully paved and some unique designs. My home in the Poconos had a circular driveway. Loved it. Like how passersby wave as you drive past. Always enjoy it when you take your viewers on a ride through The Villages. Did you prefer the electric carts to the gas carts? Much difference, power wise? I heard you mention about the trash can. How is trash picked up? So , you’re not allowed to put out a trash can? Also, is there a HOA in the villages.
