Today Jerry and Linda take their cart south over the bridge to Ty Villas in the Village of Chitty Chatty. Come along with The Newcomers as they show you some of the pretty colors allowed on new homes. You'll also get a look at the new villas, so close to Lake Deaton Plaza. Find out if any homes are for sale in the area, and learn their advertised price.

Take your cart back! We always grab 2 or more carts, every time we park, & take them to the cart corral or back to the store... Mainly because we don't want them banging our car after we park, but also because it's just the right thing to do! We need a cart; there's a cart; why not?!

Hey guys. The tree Linda called out was a Lagerstroemia Indica, the common name is crepe myrtle. looks like a pink Valour. Thanks, for the ride I enjoyed it!

Jerry…Linda…[and Gizmo]…your golf cart rides are the best! Why? For someone like me who’s newly retired, but stuck here in New Jersey for the time being, it’s as if I’m right there with you. I have been on “The Villages Lifestyle Visit”, and hands down the #1 most fun thing was riding in the golf cart. And thank you for not dubbing in canned music. You are such great people, so hearing you narrate with “nat sound” is the way to go!

Wow!!!! Two fantastic things I appreciate about Florida and The Villages are 1) the gorgeous dramatic painterly skies, and 2) the beautiful captivating landscaping- which takes a lot of care and looks great! Thanks for the ride! Enjoyed it immensely.

Jerry, Jerry, Jerry if I'm going into a store to buy so much that I need a cart to put everything in, that store can send an employee out into the parking lot to retrieve them and be thankful that they have customers like me who buy so much from them that I have to have a cart to carry it all to my car! As Ollie used to tell Stan...em, em, em!

I love these cart trips, so much fun and so much beauty...I especially like the ones on a rainy day.....you and Linda make them so relaxing along with being informative..and hearing sweet Gizmo in the back is so cute! I look forward to the next one!

We live in California. And we cannot wait to move out. For obvious reasons. My wife is a teacher and we have 10 more years. I just can’t wait for it to be living in the villages. I’d love to meet with you at some time once we get there. I love all of your videos.
