I don't believe I was watching the same fight as those commentators. Their biases were so obvious. Good win for Berto but it will require more aggression to beat Mayweather because he will win on the score cards.

These announcers gave berto no respect at all. They made it seem like he was getting beaten up, but they were wrong. In the 3rd round berto landed some hard right hands. The announcers were so busy praising lopez that they didn't notice the fight changing. In the 4th, berto landed more right hands and some left hooks, clearly winning that round. After 4 rounds I had it 2-2, and the 5th was even for me. The lame announcers had a shutout, and they were surprised to see lopez have a knot under his right eye. I wasn't surprised,.....berto was hitting him hard with clean shots. Berto has much faster hands so you have to watch closely, something the announcers weren't doing. The 6th was a continuation of the last 3 rounds, except berto got in 3 right hands that put lopez down. The announcers reacted like it was a shock and came from nowhere, berto was landing heavy shots for 3 rounds, they just didn't notice. Lopez did well the first 2 rounds, but a lot of his punches landed on berto's gloves . He landed some good body shots, but they weren't hurting berto. The stupid announcers were giving lopez credit for 'manhandling' berto when they got into a clinch. It's true, lopez was bullying berto, but most of what he was doing was illegal,......not worthy of praise. He was hitting berto behind the head, throwing berto against the ropes, hitting on the break, and the announcers thought it was great. The ref let lopez get away with it except for one warning, but lopez was guilty of using illegal tactics. All those rabbit punches and little body shots when they were in a clinch don't mean shit to me. They're not worth any points on the score cards; the rabbit punches are illegal and soft body punches are a wasted effort. I had the fight even and the announcers were watching something else. They didn't give berto the credit he deserved, and he proved it by knocking lopez down twice. The stoppage was ridiculous, lopez went down softly both times and wasn't seriously hurt. He was incurring some damage steadily prior to the knockdowns, but not enough to be worried about his safety. Good fight, lopez did okay but berto was faster and stronger. The announcers did a terrible job........

Berto has a solid jab (when he uses it). Decent power and some speed but he's pretty bad at everything esle. Im still shocked Floyd is fighting him. There are many other fighters out there that would have posed no threat but that would have been highly more competitive than this guy.

The ref should have did his job and gave him an 8 count. He hadn't taken that much punishment. It was one good shot that stunned him. Give him the count to see of he can get his faculties back if he is unable to or defenseless after then stop the fight. Give the fighter who was still in the fight a chance to win.
