Sucking in actually works your transverse abdominal muscles which are part of your pelvic floor and can help you heal from diastasis recti postpartum. It can also make you thinner in your middle even when you're not sucking in. They're called "stomach vacuums". But I think acknowledging that our stomachs aren't supposed to be concave because we have organs is reasonable. Loved this video. Totally want to have a lumberjack social now.

The advice (at the end) about 15 min of uninterrupted time with your kids everyday is a great tip and reminded me of a similar one from Nancy Ray on her podcast “Work and Play with Nancy Ray”… and THAT got me thinking that you might like her podcast, she’s another mom entrepreneur who loves Jesus and productivity! Anyway, it’s a great, practical and concrete goal, 10-15 min can make a big impact on kids’ sense of connectedness and yet isn’t so long that I can’t stop what I’m doing for 10-15 min when they need it most! Always love catching up on your KZfaq!

What I try to remember daily is that I need to stop and look at the flowers the trees to really pay attention because I everything around us shows God's love for us 💝 He took the time to make every inch of this world for our benefit. He even said you plant it you water it but he makes it grow , this shows us that we've been blessed to be able to work with God..
