I lost my Mom in 2013 and my Dad in 2022. I miss them everyday, and talk to them all the time. I really miss picking up the phone and talking to them! My heart hurts everyday! ❤️💙

My favorite recipe is picante chicken. I take frozen boneless chicken and place it in a crockpot with picante sauce. Cooking it on low for eight hours. Then I serve it over rice or egg noodles.

Praying for your protection. Love jalapeño poppers. My son helped me clean peppers one time and when we was done had to go to bath next thing I know he was screaming and crying it burns it burns. Amazing on how a gallon of milk in cool bath took the burn away.

You can do that with Poblano peppers, too. They are bigger, so they would be more of a meal in themselves. Poblanos are not as hot as jalapeños, as long as you take out the ribs and seeds.

🌶🧀🥓One of my favorite you can stuff feta or cream cheese any cheese in those Jalepeno Poppers wrap some smokey bacon around each of them and grill them with smokey barbecue sauce!! With sweet chilli sauce for a dip.

I fry up some bulk sausage, add cream cheese, diced tomatoes and spinach to make the stuffing for the jalapeños. Then wrap the stuffed pepper with a strip of bacon. Never fried them, always put in oven. Haven’t made them in a while, but might do this again. Just a thought, soften the cream cheese and mix the bacon bits into it before stuffing into peppers. You’ll get a better distribution of the bacon bits with the cream cheese.

You need to use the vinyl gloves to keep your fingers from burning, I use bacon strips and wrap around the peppers that have been stuffed with cream cheese but I also put garlic in the cream cheese that has been whipped.

Put them in the oven at 425 for about 35 to 40 minutes.

I wish you would learn that when you do alive. Put your phone in landscape mode before you go live. You don't have to do it vertically. You can do it horizontally. And it gives the whole picture.

i like to do poppers with the white and yellow mex cheese and a guacamole or a ginger citrus rub mix. mix it with the cream cheese then i take a bit of it and put in your cheep lunch meat wrap the mix with lunch meat put it in the peppers i use hot and then some sweet peppers the small yellow red and orange ones then wrap with bacon around them my brother likes hot i like sweet ones

We make something similar to this. My husband and i put sharp cheddar cheese in our cream cheese and a little garlic for taste and we use bacon on top sometimes. They are sooooo delicious.
