You don’t want the metal probe inkbird, it will corrode and leech in saltwater. Will be rusty pretty soon

Probe can be replaced with plastic one for a few dollars😊

It’s probably painted plastic? Or even better stainless steel? I doubt something for a marine tank wont be

I had the metal probe in my saltwater tank for two years and didn’t notice any rust

They make on specifically with a plastic probe for saltwater. There’s multiple examples online of the metal one rusting.

Love your tank ❤️ ! I use an Aquarium Chiller for cooling my reef, temperatures get up to 40 celcius + here .

In the US most people have air conditioning. My heater runs 24/7 365. Even when it's 100°F+ outside. It's never hotter than 76°F inside the house.

Ever tried placing your wavemakers at the back wall so have a cleaner look without cords at the sides? Probably easier to clean the glass on the sides as well. Been wondering how would that affect the overall flow!

what about the food that floats on the surface? Will it flow into the overflow shortly after? I plumb a chiller into my aquarium to chill my water as the temperature in my region is generally higher

Change that inkbird probe asap… it’s for freshwater. There’s a saltwater version of at least buy the plastic probe. I’ve seen terrible rusting on the metal / freshwater version demolishing entire tanks 😢
