It’s all in the prep! Watch as I clean around the whisker buds, fine tune the ear edges and shave the cartilage off the nose of a bobcat hide

I have said it before....your knife skills are ridiculous. You are making that look easy. And using your finger as a fleshing cone is an act of pure bravery! Great work.

That is the only way to feel what is happening with the blade.

Again, thanks for sharing! I am going to start doing my own mounts and your videos are a huge help. You make the difficult look too easy...

The only cats heads I've seen that looked better were made with Martha White flour! Excellent work!

Took me 20 odd years to get my scalpel and face parts final fleshing down like this LOL. Now if I could just do something about my meno hormone crap, I could actually feel like working every day of every month.

Could you make a video of how your skin and the process are to do a soft tan mount? Thanks, and I hope to chat with you again at the taxidermy shows.

I bet this sweet lady is the most pretty Taxidermist on KZfaq.

how do YOU clean hides after tanning? I have finally got two red fox that I have tanned that are supple and soft. However, they still have the tanning chemical smell. I'm afraid to wash them with shampoo because I don't want them to get hard as they are gifts for my grandsons.
