Hope you are feeling better. So thing I do went I'm feeling off... 1. Salt gargle for sore throat 2. Sinus wash- when feeling pressure in ears or when my sinuses are starting to feel stuffed I've done the sinus wash to treat sinus infections before and when I had a cold right after surgery with inflammation in throat and sore mouth has help... the cold throat and sore mouth was a result of the sinus. If interested make at home with distilled water ( or well water) boiled. 1.5 cup of water .5 tsp salt .5 tsp baking soda

Hydrogen peroxide in water bottle or sinus wash bottle and pour solution in warm or room temperature.

I’m old (16 lol not that old) at least old for getting into all star cheer for the first time. You’re videos inspire me to workout and try to go for as high of a level team that I can! Good luck at UCA and i love your videos! 💞💞

Reyahna Smith hey girly !! just wanted to let you know that it’s never to late to cheer. it’s actually starting to become very common in the cheer world for people to start all star cheer at a later age (there’s actually a team mate on double o this year whose on their first year of all star!!) just start with stunt and tumbling classes for one on one lessons so you get comfortable with cheer techniques before joining a team at a local gym. “she believed she could, so she did.” ❤️
