Dont over think anything! Go through your routine one section at a time, Remember to focus and do your part. Your coaches believe in you your team believes in you and so do all your family and friends. You got it.

Laura Albright honestly, RIGJT before you get on, just breathe. talk to your teammates, try and laugh, and just keep the atmosphere excited!! i CSNT help that much because i HATE the aprt right before competing, but just try to not overthink 🥰!!
