Schweitzer was a pseudo-intellectual nutcase. A woo-woo mystic who lacked critical discernment. That very quote self refutes. A sane and intelligent person would say they are a rational or realistic optimist: they acknowledge the realities of the world, yet still find good reason & evidence (and there is a lot of it; thus a truly knowledgeable person is not pessimistic) for cautious or mitigated optimism. The “opening salvo” was morbid White (especially male) grievance. As an American who happens to be Black straight, male and atheist, I’m seeing the same sickening insecurities happen with Black American males, in the way of Asian and Jewish hate (even Latino discrimination). And both the Black and White (especially males) are uncomfortable allies in their hatred towards the LGBTQ+ community. There’s a swath of Blacks and Whites (especially men) from both sides of the sociopolitical spectrum who are competing as to who has the right to victim-hood.

I started before he decided to run for president, bad mouthing him long before the newspapers found the courage to attack him. They wouldn't print my letters to their editors. I wouldn't say they were incisive bits , but they were certainly vindictive.I was even using the classified ads to make sure some were printed, and I paid for them. Then the newspaper I was using got cold feet and asked me to stop. Now I use KZfaq exclusively. So much so that I've covinced mysef I've got a high power aiding my efforts to find the key to release his power base from their love immersement to him. Like I am the donkey driver.

It was so long ago, that it's hard to remember the exact details. From what I recall, there was half a year of BLM riots and they were all called off just before the Jan 6th riot. It's hard to remember much about Jan 6th because I saw it on tv. But I happened to be in Chicago during the BLM riots so they're more fresh in my memory

1. Not true 2. All that matters is that the president concedes. Clinton did. Trump cried and whined like a child then made up a story about how he (per usual) was the victim. 3. In 2020, Trump claimed that he was just trying to get to the bottom of this alleged fraud. Yet in 2016, he sued (successfully) to prevent recounts in multiple states that he barely won. He also demanded that all vote counting be stopped late election night as his lead was dwindling.

This country is falling into chaos and we need to take drastic actions to stop it NOW before it's too late. Once the 2024 election is settled, I suggest temporarily suspending the constitution and asking congress to declare a state of emergency, then pass an act enabling the president-elect to have Complete and Total authority for a term of 4 years, with an option for the President to extend it so long as he deems it necessary.
