This video is for treatment coordinators and other front desk personnel who are responsible for presenting treatment cost and finances to patients.
It's also for doctors who present their own finances.
Instead of focusing on a bunch of theories, I’m going to share exactly how I present to patients in my own practice.
WHO AM I:
I'm Nilay, a Dentist and a software developer living in NY. I work part time in my dental practice, which I started from scratch in 2013.
