President Biden landing on Air Force One at Edinburgh Airport (COP26) 50fps HD

2 жыл бұрынToday President Biden became the 4th US President to visit Scotland when he landed at Edinburgh Airport for the #COP26 summit being held in Glasgow. Originally meant to be arriving on Monday evening, the flight was then re-scheduled for Tuesday morning.
This was my first time seeing the amazing Air Force One, the mighty 747-200. Also inncluded at the start of the video is the 'Beast' and the rest of President Bidens motorcade. I hope you enjoy the video.

Small clarification. I put the wrong registration for this 747. It is actually 82-8000 USAF UNITED STATES AIR FORCE BOEING 747-2G4B (VC-25A) which made its first flight on the 16th May 1987.

Plane spotters, Avgeeks call them what you want. They are like MI5 under covers. They will brave all weathers, stand for hours, been more patient than anyone, be humble and friendly and for what?? Just to get that one film or picture!! Well done Jon. Another treat!!! Keith.

Very nice catch with Air Force One at Edinburgh, some very nice close up shots as well. AF1 always gets loads of interest, good to see the C32 as well and the Canada Airbus in the background. Nice video Jonathan 👍👍

Small correction: This VC-25 is actually the 92-8000 as can be seen on its tail.

A British pilot flying Air Force One? Quite ironic the amount of gas guzzling vehicles taking someone to a climate conference. Nice video though.

Blatantly obvious it's a well-spoken American USAF officer - why would a British person be flying Air Force 1? The two VC-25As are crewed by officers of the Presidential Airlift Group which is part of the 89th Airlift, USAF.

That is the backup aircraft and only serves in-case the 747 breaks down.
