Hi - I understand the USA version doesn't have FM which is not the end of the world as I have other radios that does FM. I also note it cannot be expanded so just midband 40 ch. For AM and SSB is this radio worth the compromise over a 6900 or similar in terms of quality and audio? I will mainly use SSB on the mid-band so if the performance is there then it would suit my needs. Also it is £100 cheaper than the EU version. Thanks Ant
