Let's not be spectators. When listening to Ruto you've to look beyond his words to people surrounding him and those in health sector especially the West. When he speak of shifting NHIF to S whatever.. His mission is to collaborate with BILLGATE and that money is already in his pocket to control population, introduce new viruses at ksh 300 Cheap things are expensive..
