Press2perForm sind schlüsselfertige Lösungen für vollautomatisierte Standardumformpressen im mittleren Pressensegment (Presskraft 6.300 kN, 8.000 kN und 10.000 kN) bereitgestellt von DREHER Automation in Kooperation mit Fagor Arrasate. In diesem Video zeigen wir Ihnen unser gemeinsames Projekt mit der PURKERT Metalltechnik GmbH, für die wir im Jahr 2023 eine vollautomatische 8.000 kN Stanzanlage realisiert haben.
Die Press2perForm Stanzanlage verfügt über eine Bandanlagen in Langbauweise, bei der unser Kunde nach seinem zu verarbeitendem Material (u.a. Festigkeit und Oberflächenbeschaffenheit) die passenden Komponenten (Haspel, Richtmaschine, Walzenvorschub) auswählen konnte. Die Bandanlagen von Press2perForm sind für Bandbreiten von 500 bis 1.300 mm erhältlich. Je nach Bandbreite können Coils bis maximal 150 kN verarbeitet werden.
Optional steht dem Kunden bei Press2perForm jederzeit offen, die Stanzanlage mit einer Transferanlage zu einer Transferpresse auszubauen. Dazu ist unsere Transferanlage ProMotion perfekt auf die Monoblockpresse von Fagor Arrasate abgestimmt. Hochdynamische Servoantriebe, lineare Bewegungsabläufe und ein gewichtsoptimierter Antriebsstrang sorgen für maximale Produktivität und der großzügige Arbeitsraum für die notwendige Flexibilität in Ihrem Presswerk.
Unser Kunde hat sich in diesem Projekt für eine Servopresse entschieden, für welchen Pressenantrieb (Exzenter-, Gelenkantrieb oder Servoantrieb) Sie sich bei der Monoblockpresse entscheiden, liegt ganz bei Ihnen.

Press2perForm are turnkey solutions for fully automated standard forming presses in the medium press segment (press force 6,300 kN, 8,000 kN and 10,000 kN) from DREHER Automation in cooperation with Fagor Arrasate. In this video, we show you our joint project with PURKERT Metalltechnik GmbH, where we implemented a fully automated 8,000 kN stamping press in 2023.
The Press2perForm stamping press has a coil processing line in long version where our customer was able to select the appropriate components (decoiler, coil straightener, coil feeder) according to the materials to be processed (including strength and surface properties). The coil processing lines from Press2perForm are available for strip widths ranging from 500 to 1,300 mm. Coils can be processed up to a maximum of 150 kN, depending on the strip width.
Press2perForm customers have the option of upgrading the stamping press with a transfer automation to a transfer press at any time. For this our ProMotion transfer automation is perfectly matched to the Fagor Arrasate monoblock press. Highly dynamic servo drives, linear motion sequences and a weight-optimized drive chain ensure maximum productivity, while the generous working area provides the necessary flexibility for your press shop.
Our customer has opted in this project for a servo press, but which press drive (eccentric, link drive or servo drive) you choose for the monoblock press is entirely up to you.
