Don't worry, you only have the 3 Pikmin run left. You can only use 3 pikmin for all your normal stuff, the rest only exist to load ship parts. (Source: Sample's "How I Beat Pikmin Without Making Pikmin") Just kidding. I don't think you need to do it, you'd basically just be splicing your other 3 runs together, so it's kinda redundant after all 3. Genuinely sorry about people insisting on this run, you are a legend for Pikmin runs at this point.

About the Ionium Jet, I once saw someone posit the idea (can't remember if this was just theory or confirmed) that it's not density that makes it hard to push but geometry. As they explained it, you need to get Olimar, while he's the player, 'into' the object before you lay down and become an object to push it as the player/object collision is more relaxed than object/object collision, but it still doesn't want it to happen. Since the Ionium jet has that little lip at the top, that collides with Olimar's head a lot sooner than he is able to collide with the base of the object, making it so that you can't get a full push and pushes are much harder, but your use of pushing other objects like pellets into it would bypass this as those aren't tall enough to collide with the lip of the jet, allowing them to exert their full force on the base of the object thus getting a full push. I'm not sure if that's exactly what's happening but it made a lot of sense to me and I thought you'd appreciate the information!

Not sure if you've seen it, but the youtuber Sample beat Pikmin 1 without growing any extra pikmin*. He only used 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 blue pikmin to get the ship parts to his base, but he allowed himself to use extra pikmin to actually collect the treasures

Yellow only... Blue only... Red only... the only thing left is not to produce Pikmin. Thankfully for PressA!'s sanity, someone has already done the challenge of beating Pikmin without producing Pikmin. Unfortunately, for PressA!'s sanity, that video can probably be improved upon with PressA!'s knowledge, experience, and skill from doing all the other challenges. (I am not actually requesting this challenge, that would be cruel and unusual). I believe the blowhog just floats there without shaking the Pikmin off because you're at the boundary of its range. It's just confused about if it should continue tracking Olimar or return to its home. I would imagine that the reason that parts only sometimes are able to clip through the walls has to do with frame rules. Just like in some of the Mario Kart short cuts, you can only get through a wall if you are moving quick enough to get location (according to computer memory) far enough through between frame updates where the game is checking for collision. Is this what's happening? No, clue, but such frame rules are pretty common in games, so it seems plausible. If you want an even less certain hypothesis for what happened with the generator... something about position updates/reloading: you are removing an object from the game world, so it wouldn't be surprising if the game does an update on all other objects, which could cause the game to give a more permanent location since it was never carried to that position and the game is now confused (the part lives there now). I'm not sure how you would check this hypothesis.

to get the secret safe, you don't even need reds. Throw the yellows or blues from the bridge onto the ledge past the fire geysers, then swarm them towards the box.

9:50 oh I think know! I can't say the specifics but I remember watching a video about this and it's something to do with the floor polygons, basically it doesn't like being pushed over a polygon at an angle and you'll need to push it perfectly perpendicular or something like that to get it over

I really appreciate how you even did the Secret Safe, despite the fact it might make the run "not count" in some people's eyes, because I always wondered what the final cutscene would look like if blues and yellows never even got discovered. It appears they show up anyways which is pretty much what I expected. The only reason they wouldn't is if each Pikmin was pulled from your actual squad. But I'm guessing they didn't do that in case you got one of your types extinct. The Emperor Bulblax is a tough fight after all. What I didn't expect was for the dormant Onions to be there. The fact the game didn't expect you to reach the Final Trial without all three onions, which is why they're there anyways, I understand. But the fact the game still checks if they've been discovered is surprising. It makes me wonder what would happen if you approached the onions to try and "discover" blue and yellow pikmin at the final trial. Would it play out the cutscenes normally, play a broken cutscene, or straight up crash the game? Hard to say.

i haven't even watched the video but seeing the near hour runtime is threatening. near twice as long as the other two runs. god bless.

I thought of this as kind of a joke, but I think it could actually work: Can You Beat Pikmin 1 in Pikmin 2? By this I mean can you successfully beat the game while having your inputs control both Pikmin 1 and 2? The loss condition Pikmin extinction in either game. You cannot look at both games at the same time, and you have to be in gameplay for both at the same time. In other words, you'd pause the inputs of one to enter a given area, then resume the shared inputs. Idk how practical this would be but it is an interesting concept, to be sure.
