I hope you enjoyed the little story about my name. Thinking about why Mom didn't call my Toni, makes me giggle.
Pressure canning is so easy. If you are unfamiliar with pressure canning, but still have some fear, canning mushrooms is a great place to start. If you don't like mushrooms, no problem, if you follow the process from the USDA guide to home canning, you will have success. The steps are the same or very similar.

My husband's name is Anthony, and he says only people in his inner circle can call him Tony and my mother was going to name me Althea Renee. I like it better than my current name. My dad named me Jennifer and I am shocked because I know how much he loved Judy Garland. However, there was a celebrity named Jennifer Jones, so I guess LOL. I am enjoying your recipes and so happy you did this. I love mushrooms and this would be great to add to pizza or spaghetti or some other dish.
