Where was the inspector? You must have an ASME inspector watching the welders during the construction of a pressure vessel

Hi, please note this is just a small sample of clips from the production, this project wasn't to an ASME Design code so didn't require inspectors to witness the welding, see the following link for more details on this project. www.pressure-vessels.co.uk/projects/28500-litre-surge-vessel-for-uk-water-industry/ We do manufacture to ASME with U designator but they only witness certain stages of production. we generally cut these parts out of the time lapses. How much does this cost like a range and estimate?

In fact this is not a pressure vessel at all. 10 Bar is not a big pressure. It is just a vessel. With all the pressure tests and RTG/Ultrasonic testing that would not take that amount of time but far more, especially when You would count welding sheets above 10 mm with MIG/MAG.
