I updated the description with links to everything. Yes, Gas powered is better but I only have an electric which works OK. I just had to move slower. But it was still better and faster than using a wand only.

You're correct. I used a 3100 psi electric but as everyone states, electric powerwasher PSI ratings are extremely inflated. www.howtowithdoc.com/pressure-washing-concrete-driveways/ That link is where I discovered the surface cleaner and he recommends 2 different power washers that were more than I could spend. So I just go slow and accept that it isn't going to be perfect. It's better than not cleaning it though :-)

Gpm matters too. Get a 12”. More efficient.

Psi is very relative.

It would probably work well. I added an extension so I didn't need to bend over as far. You could add even more extensions to reach the peak of your roof. I added links in other comments. I'll also make sure the links are in the description.

Oops, just saw your question. 3100psi but it's electric. All I've read says the ratings of electric pressure washers are inflated. It did OK but it would have been nice to have a more powerful gasoline pressure washer. I just took my time and went over it with several passes.
