MOUNTAIN LODGE:

OWNERS HOUSE:
There are no words to describe this magnificent double story house. When designing the house, the owners wanted to embrace the feeling of being at one with nature whilst creating a comfortable home and they achieved this with state-of-the-art finishes. Separately fenced off the owners house offers complete privacy.

• 3-Bedroom / 1-Bathroom House - this house is currently used for the PH and his family.
• 2-Bedroom / 1-Bathroom House - this house is currently used for the admin lady.
• Worker’s accommodation - sufficient workers accommodation for up to 10 x workers, neat and separately fenced off.

Eskom 3-phase power and 2 x 25kva Generators.
WATER:
Natural water in abundance with 4 x earth dams.
There are numerous boreholes on the property - only 3 of them are in use. A very strong borehole previously used for irrigation is equipped with a solar pump.
SECURITY / FENCING:
The entire farm is surrounded by electrified game fence, the game fence is in very good condition. There are 6 x game breeding camps separately fenced off with predator proof fencing. All roads leading to the farm and most parts of the farm is under CCTV surveillance.
