Josh, that's what i thought. I see your in SD I'm from San Clemente and now live and work in Nicaragua in the construction industry and am looking for a good alternative for exterior grade ply, which is not available down here. I worked on these decks before but wanted to see in your professional opinion if you had any ideas for alternatives. Thanks

would pressure treated plywood be a better option, or is the CDX adequate? Thank you for your videos. Do you know anyone installing in the Napa Ca. area ?

+Nasrolla Younesi around 8 dollars per square ft, but total costs are dependent on what else you need like done.

I just got a bid of $15 per sq.ft. here in N.Ca. Seems high then, and it does not even include the flashing. The deck is a newly built 500 sq.ft. deck with proper sloping and is five ft. of the ground. Do you know how Pli-Dek brand compares to Desert Crete?? No one here willing to answer that question. Thank you in advance!

Again, it is $8/sq ft for the coating system...this does not include extras like flashing or deck repair
