There is a defect in cooker. You should return it to shopkeeper or if you purchased it online then, there is also a option of return item. Select it and write the reason of return. They will change your cooker and send new piece or you can take refund also.

My mother purchased the cooker from Amazon and same problem was in their cooker. She return it and Amazon refund the money in Amazon wallet and she again purchase the same type of cooker and now this cooker is working well.

Kabhi kabhi defected piece aa jate h. Don't worry, aap time se es cooker ko return kr dijiye aur jaise mene btaya vaise new piece kharid lijiye. I hope m aapki kuchh help kr payi😊

Both are same, no difference . Same cooker, some seller wrote it clip on and some seller wrote it svachh clip on.

You should always clean the lid immediately after the use. My cooker's lid is as clean as i purchased it.

@@arvindbind296 Aap check kre ki, kya cooker me steam bn rhi h aur whistle aa rhi h. If yes to lid k under ki taraf, pin k niche ek blue plastic ring lgi h, usko dekhiye kya wo thik se lagi h. Us ring ko achchhe se press kijiye. Aur use krke dekhiye. Fir bhi problem solve na ho to jha se purchase kiya h vha return/replace kre ya ek bar cooker repair krne wale ko dikhaye

Yes this is a defect. You should contact the seller. If seller doesn't help you then, contact the person who repair the cooker but he should be authentic person not any vendor. Hope I helped you☺

Aap Prestige ke service center ka ya customer service ka pata lagayein, May be it may helpful. Meine kal hi ye same cooker purchase kiya hai, shopkeeper se puchhne pr usne bataya tha, k kuchh b problem ho to humare yaha pr company ka service center hai, shayad aapke vaha pr bhi hoga.

Aap video carefully suniye. Cooker k lid pr ek black colour ka small square shape ka lid h use finger se close kriye to tik ki aavaj aayegi, matlab vo band ho gya. Ab cooker use krke dekhiye. Cooker k dhakkan pe jo black small lid agar thoda bhi open rh gya to steam nahi bnegi aur whistle nahi aayegi. Try it. I hope you understand
