Esme kha na nahi jalta. M ese daily use me le rhi hu. Completely safe. Abhi tk koi problem nahi hui h. Happy with this product. Always wash whistle and Gascate after use. Sometimes people don't waah it separately and wash the lid without removing whistle and Gascate so face problem due to food stuck in it. I am happy that i have butterfly cooker in my kitchen 😘

No, it is not very light. It is a nice cooker. I'm using it daily and no problem at all. I'm satisfied with this cooker.

It's very difficult to clean the lid. Food particles get stuck in between.

You should always clean the lid immediately after the use. My cooker's lid is as clean as i purchased it.

Aap Prestige ke service center ka ya customer service ka pata lagayein, May be it may helpful. Meine kal hi ye same cooker purchase kiya hai, shopkeeper se puchhne pr usne bataya tha, k kuchh b problem ho to humare yaha pr company ka service center hai, shayad aapke vaha pr bhi hoga.
