Thank you for this. I love Teppanyaki! And only a few people tell you what you're looking at and what's being prepared. I'm an American and I'm actually allergic to Seafood but I love to watch Teppanyaki preparations. It's nice to know what you're eating and just not seeing a bunch of stuff dumped on food you don't even recognize and then have somebody with a fish face putting their thumbs up and nodding their head. Much enjoyed.!!!

To me the best part of the video that instantly elevated the chefs status to Rock Star is at min. 14:29. That's when I was starting to think oh well he messed up the egg a little bit. Then all of a sudden he makes perfect omelet and starts cutting it with the back of the spatula. That way of cutting the egg was impressive. What a Beast!

일식은 사기극인 느낌 들지만 그래서 시장개입 못하게만드는 전화위복있을 일본인들 미각 워낙예리해 일본에서는 철판에 지져굽는 것도 프랑스의 복잡한 오븐요리 만큼 수고가 들어 가는 모양임 등 맛차이있어 그냥 철판굽는게 아닌모양

なぜだかわからないけど、鉄板料理は、沖縄地方が多いと聞く。それが中国に伝わり、中国の都市に多い。ボクは、広州で見た、美人姉妹達があざやかに見せてくれてうれしかった。魚料理は、普通、左側があたまなのに右側だった。　　笑ぃ

Way way too much oil.... its unfortunate that healthy ingredients like fish are ruined by overly use of oil, not just nutritionally but taste wise as well.

갑부들한테는 10만원이 1만원임 그리고 저 호텔레스토랑도 10만원이 1만원이니 구매자 판매자 똑같으며 그래서 사는거 빈자부자 똑같음. 그리고 그런다고 시장에 개입하는 것은 더 무서운 일 그래서 시장개입 못하게 선진국들이 하며 게다가 한국이 시장개입하면 공산주의보다도 무서워 왜냐면 공산주의는 분배등 혜택이 있으나 한국은 조선시대부터 그냥몰수 중국국민당이 그래서 망했을 것.
