ive found that adding white, lace bows (instead of the flowers) it gives this look a winter-y feel :)

I did this yesterday, it was so cute. Everybody loved it. I only had to use bobbypins for the braids and I kept having to keep adjusting them cause even with the bobbypins they would start to fall out after a while.
