Azheimer’s and dementia are some of the scariest conditions one can face. But there’s still hope!
In this video, I talk about natural ways that you can support your brain health to reduce symptoms and hopefully prevent Alzheimer’s and dementia in the future.
Omegas can reduce the amount of inflammation in your brain, which is one of the biggest factors when it comes to brain conditions like these. That’s why you should be taking my Omegas + Turmeric blend, which you can find here: store.drliving...
Find your Omegas + Turmeric blend on Amazon here: www.amazon.com...
The last thing you need with a condition like this is stress, which is where my Livingood Daily Calm comes in: store.drliving...
Pair that with my De-stress supplement to get better sleep, which heals our brain by letting it rest: store.drliving...
If you have this or any other issues going on, it’s likely related to your lifestyle. With my FREE Livingood Daily book, you can change your habits for the better: book.livingood...

I consume a ton of coconut butter and some oil. I use the oil in coffee as well! 1 to 2 tablespoons per day. Due to the way I eat which is mostly fish, vegetables and some nut butter I need to really pack in the coconut butter to keep weight on. I go through probably at least a jar per week.

If you have dementia, you need at least 4 tablespoons of coconut oil per day. You need high dose vitamin b complex as well as fish or fish oil as well as zinc, glycine and b12, iodine, high dose Vitamin D3 and K2 and multi minerals. At least these, and no junk food, not processed food whatever, favouring mea,t fish, and dairy.

Yes my husband- family line- but this shouldn’t happen just cause of family 😢 since 2018- Dr put him on a BiPap- he hates it & a lot of times won’t use. Then 2030 they prescribed him 2 RXs- 1 for night 1 for morning- haven’t seen it helps much. 2022 has been a little worse- especially with conversions- understanding- repeating the same questions over & over- been losing weight- but he eats a lot- because he thinks he hasn’t eaten. So want to see him better & his children too 😞😞 Need a miracle 🙏🏻🙏🏻

PLEASE RESPOND! I am a 62 year old woman with on and off knee pain, that happens when my lower back gets strained from the way I sit at my computer, it then pinches a nerve, and I have leg and knee pain. Then I am unable to take walks longer than 10 minutes without pain, and usually any walking will increase the pain. I do not have an arthritic knee. I have a small rebounder but again: can't use it for the knee pain. How would you advise someone like me to exercise daily with this situation? I know over time the leg muscles would get stronger (duh), but how to handle this in the interim? My core strength is poor too. I can't use swimming, don't know how to swim.

I have severe tinnitus so my brain never shuts off so my brain is always working because of it 24 hrs a day...(.I fall asleep right away but I sleep in segments with several hrs awake in between each one and I sleep sound during the segment of sleep , sometimes so sound when I wake I think I must have slept 4 hrs at least only to find i have gotten 2-3 hrs actually. This sleep pattern has been going on for at least the last 5 yrs...total sleep per night is 5 1/2- 6 on very rare occasion I might get 6 1/2- 7.. it doesn't matter how much activity I have had or not) so how is that effecting my brain? I have tried everything recommended for insomnia, which my Dr seems to think I have but nothing changes..

@Drlivigood I know the cause of my tinnitus..I had incident at my job that took out the hearing of several different sound levels in a certain fluency range ..I read extensively on tinnitus on the hearing association site plus a couple of other ones that the audiologist recommended after they found what was going on..I tried all the recommendations that is suppose to help or at least calm it down..I have had the severe tinnitus for almost 11 yrs..my body, myself, and somewhat I guess my brain( except for always working to try to find the lost frequency/ sounds) has learnt to being with it always there, as most of the time it is not as loud or annoying as it was for the first couple of yrs, there are a few things, and I know what they are, that will still trigger it to be very loud briefly but then goes back to it's now normal level sound, unfortunately there isn't a hearing aid that they are 100% sure would even help me a little with it..and at the very high cost of those ones can't afford to waste that kinda money for it not to help any...like I said as far as sleep before about 5 yrs ago, when I started having this segmented sleep, I slept 7-8 hrs a night even with the tinnitus but now am not...but I feel rested when I wake up from the last segment of sleep ..and rested enough in-between each segment that I am wide awake for several hrs before falling back to sleep at which time I am asleep again immediately..fyi my tinnitus is severe enough it impacts my memory and concentration, I have to work really hard when using those too forms of brain activity. Right now seems fine except for functioning a little slower and have to focus harder then normal person with them. But I will look at what you sent..my concern is will it increase my likelihood of developing dementia or Alzheimer then it would be if I didn't have the severe tinnitus ..same with the segmented sleep and how many hrs I sleep total a night
