Prevrnuti kolac sa jabukama
Sastojci:
- 2 jabuke
- 90gr eritrita
- 1/2 male kasike cimeta
- 4 jaja
- 100ml mlijeka
- 50gr putera
- 50gr mljevenih oraha
- 1/2 male kasike ksantan gume
- 10gr praska za pecivo
- 250gr speltinog brasna
Nacin pripreme:
Jabuke oguliti i isjeci na snite. Posuti ih sa jednom kasikom eritrita i cimetom. Lagano protresti (ne mijesati jer ce puknuti) i sloziti u tepsiju. Zapeci slozene jabuke u rerni 10ak minuta.
Razdvojiti bjelanca i zumanca. Umiksati bjelanca u cvrst snijeg postepeno dodavajuci ostatak eritrita. Umiksati zumanca manjom brzinom. Ostale sastojke dodavati postepeno mijesajuci muckalicom. Brasno dolazi na kraju.
Obavezno brasno dodavati postepeno kako se ne bi stvorile grudvice.
Smjesu izliti preko zapecenih jabuka i peci 20 minuta na 200 stepeni.
Provjeriti cackalicom da li je kolac pecen.
Pecen kolac prekriti pamucnom krpom i ostaviti da se ohladi.
Vec prilicno prohladjen kolac odvojiti nozem od rubova tepsije. Poklopiti tanjirom na kojem planirate servirati i lagano okrenuti.
Po zelji mozete preko kolaca staviti mljevene orahe, med ili cak nista, okus je ocaravajuci kako god. ❤️
