Price action trading is a broad subject. Many traders and analysts call 'pattern following' or 'price following' as price action trading. On the basis of price, traders trade breakout trading strategies, reversals, trend following strategies, and continuation breakout trading strategies.
In this video, a simple and creative way to understand price action is explained. Point & Figure can help us make price patterns objective, and identify them easily in any stock.
It can also help us backtest the pattern. It is explained in the video in very simple words.
