Is manual door is safe Like automatic doors have sensors and door will not close until there's nothing on gate side so is it safe

yes it is 100% safe if all the Safety devices are built as required as per Safety Code IS 14665 ( India ) Door sensor is one Safety> There are many other safety Like Door Electrical and mechanical Interlocking . If door is not closed , Lift shall not move . Weather it is manual door or Automatic Doors > .If Lift is Not on Floor then the Outer Lift Door can not open due to mechanical Lock > This Mechanical Lock shall get Unlock only when Lift Arrives at Floor level . Accidents happen when some one short the Door Safety . So always be alert and careful when using Lifts > Always get your Lifts checked by an expert . Hi It shall depend upon the load carried and direction of Travel As a rough estimate, it may consume about 0ne unit of Electricity in two rounds. When Lift runs empty in UP Direction it is low power consumption and Empty Down is High power consumption.
