It's funny I had that exact thought about undercutting competitors when I started lol and making it up somewhere else, but I went with the stats that most people pick middle of the road price and decided to sell myself on quality and such and it worked well! However, that was electrical contracting, maybe selling products people just go for low price.... Not sure

I’m a print shop that getting to open up in June, our price matrix is the standard for most. I would like to implement this information to revise my prices, I didn’t quite understand how to create the matrix in excel. Maybe some help! Thanks printavo!
