Hi I don't usually wear bras but I recently got given one to wear by a female friend she said she gave it to me because of my man b**bs bouncing too much and the bra wire keeps sticking out of the bra and it keeps digging in to me making it so uncomfortable to wear and its the only bra i have what do you recommend doing?

Hello, ahh personally I would get rid of that bra! I was told when I was younger that if the wire is coming through the material of the bra then to get a new one as it can be dangerous for the breast tissue!

@@Stephywyatt Thanks for letting me know I didn't know that i just chucked it in the bin i wont have a bra to wear now until i get a new one what bra do you recommend buying?

@@Alanardo1989 it depends really, if it really is something you’re insecure about then it’s always worth getting measured. most places will measure you from M&S to Boux Avenue who specialise in those areas. you can also go to other stores like Primark and H&M where in the women section they have “sports bras” and loungewear bras which may be comfier than actual bras with underwire 🙂

@@Stephywyatt Would it be ok to measure myself at home? cause tbh I'd rather do it myself than have someone else do it what sports bra and a loungewear bras would you recommend buying and from what websites? Cause knowing my luck the bras will be sold out in shops
