If you’re thinking of coming to Prime Inc or want to get your CDL license. I honestly believe Prime is a solid company to start your trucking journey. I just turned 30 and I have an itching to get into Trucking but am hella nervous! I want to get my cdl. I’ve been looking into Swift or Prime as possibilities. Watching your videos makes me really wanna drive more! It would be amazing to have a trainer like you.

I’m glad Prime changed things from the time I’ve left. When I did tanker I waited in that hotel in Springfield for 2 months before they had an opening on a truck. At least now they get to rack up some miles while they wait. Stay safe out there man 💪🏼

Congratulations on getting Kenny upgraded and losing the debt before you buy a home. Yeah, it'll be "" you and the bank "" for a while. We did a bankruptcy 20 year's ago. Looks like a good place you have now. But, I've done the apt. Thing too. Especially when you have kids and a dog it's better to have room to run! Good video. God bless you and safe travels! Hey, Brother. Love the videos. Keep them coming. I have an older Prostar, but check to see if you hold the work light for at least seconds it will have a sequence that checks all the lights. Be safe, and God bless.

I like your videos the best out of all the truckers I’ve seen. I’ve heard the urge to quit corporate office jobs and potentially switch. At first I was like no I wouldn’t want to do tankers but the more I watched of you the less bad it seems. You at least get out and have to move around move than others. I hope you come out with more videos but I like that it seems to be more of if I have time or something good. Not just for the fact of making a video. Keep up the good work and let’s see if I get fully convinced to pursue the trucking dream

Hats off to you for being a trainer. I would not do that, I went solo local for the last half of my career hauling hazmat tankers . Pay was way more than any mega carrier , over 100k/year

Rex is fizzling out! Looks like he discovered that there's no money in being a lease-op and now he's a "trainer". I did exactly the same thing before I quit OTR and got a great local job, home every day. I wanted to be my own boss by leasing and then there was no money so I became a "trainer" when I had 6 months of experience!! LOL. Once I hit a year, I turned in the loser lease truck and became a company man with 401k and health insurance. Rex is travelling the SAME road i see.

bro why is he wearing slides??????? i have a very strict no slides policy after a trainee broke his ankle after slipping while getting out of the truck. Plus it looks extremely unprofessional and it is quite unsafe.

Trainee get them dang Flip/flops-Slides off when you are working outside the truck. That is safety rule # 1. YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER.

Hey Rex glad you are back and I hope you are enjoying the training gig, can i in make one observation? Just my two cents coming from 37 years as a truck driver, when I see truck drivers wearing flip flops, sandals or open toed shoes including Crocs that tells me this person isn’t taking safety seriously. It does not take much to injure a foot or possibly lose a couple toes in a split second. It also looks bad on our profession. Tennis shoes would help, the best is boots but not everyone likes wearing them, just my thoughts

i'm outside america and turning up to any kind of driver training in anything thats not hardtoe footwear would be an instant fail and don't come back as well
