Used to work at an oilfield warehouse and was loading three trucks all going to the same rig 30ish minutes away so they were making multiple trips. One of the trucks somehow only did a half offload at the rig and he didn't notice during his drive back. He didn't check his level gauge or manually check his tank like he should have and we hooked him up we got 36 barrels into the 90 we were loading and the tanker overflowed. What a mess, luckily it was Texas and a dirt/gravel lot. 4 hours with a skidster and pressure washer later we were open for business
