When you say bring it as high as you can, do you mean high towards the back of your neck or high as you can in terms of elevation? Thanks

When they say it at 2:14 he means towards the neck, but they also say at 1:24 that they hands should be off the back and shoulders elevated so that you're squeezing your shoulder blades. So both.

61, I can get my left hand back there but no way to get my right hand back there….my shoulders are just too tight
