Speaking of Magma Dragoon, we did get him as a playable character in DiVE, being the first Maverick Boss to be playable. It's helps that he's the only maverick to have plot importance in X4 and DiVE, owing to his status as the best Maverick of the series. Mega Man 11 also gave us Torch Man, a Robot Master who has a similar fighting style to Magma Dragoon.

X4 has another tribute character, that being Slash Beast, who plays homage to Guile and Charlie. He has *very* similar attacks to theirs.

Guardian Dogs Temple in SVC has two mythological dog statues (like most Shinto temples) who are the basis for Argoyle and Ugoyle. Although this one is a stretch, the final fight against Omega in Zero 3 could potentially be a partial reference to Akuma, for he uses more or less the same moveset as Zero except powered up similarly to how Akuma somewhat mirrors Ryu with powered up moves. They also both have a similar bloodthirsty quality to them, reveling in battle and basking in their own superiority over others. Although different from Akuma, Omega is also known for having an aura radiating from his body while he fights. It's also worth noting that X DiVE also has a Street Fighter inspired Dr. Light, and Fistleo in ZX also has a pose that references Akuma. Also, Zero's Ryuenjin (Dragon Flame Blade) from X4 is a move in which Zero's saber is lit on fire as he does an upward sweeping motion, reminiscent of the Shoryuken (Rising Dragon Fist). This move is iconic to Zero's arsenal, and returns multiple times later. Notably, in the Zero series while he has a flame chip equipped, and in ZX as one of the moves of Model Ox.

Omega Zero in MM Zero 3 and Advent ZX has a Ranbu move where he dashes similarly to Gouki/Akuma and then starts an attack like a Raging Demon (minus the black screen).

First armour X in infinite marvel Vs capcom can do a hadouken and an uppercut attack, the latter which has no voice lines indicating that it's related to the shoryuken.

Both Ryu's attacks can be obtained in Megaman Xtreme 1 & 2 on the GBC. Since the stages are used from MMX 1-2 for MMXtreme the location for both the abilities are located in the second sigma stage, which is from the third sigma stage in MMX2 in the exact spot like how you get the Shoryuken. The only downside is that they don't do a one hit kill to the bosses and have to charge up like the X buster, but can be used anytime even you're damaged. Though it's news to me that they can be obtained in MMXtreme2 since I thought it was only just MMXtreme.

I had heard of Mega Man X DiVE, but didn't pick it up until I saw an ad video of Dr. Light in Ryu's gi, and tearing up mobs with his moves , and that sold me on it! Wasn't till later I found out it was that Dr. Light was a skin for Ryu in the same Street Fighter Event Banner mentioned here, but considering how the game did a 2nd Monster Hunter Event I 'm hoping to get him later on!

Also it seems you missed X's rising fire charged shot from Mega Man X4. When used, X does the Shoryuken albiet without shouting the name and with a lot less damage but the animation is the same
