It's possible but I do recommend picking a sunny day. Even then you will want to be doing the priming during the warmest part of the day. Get the primer on then let it gas off for about 20~30 minutes then bring it inside to finish curing in a warmer environment. Good luck with your painting. Which 40K faction did you choose?

I warmed up my spray cans well, sprayed my minis and brought them inside after about 15 minutes which is just enough time to gas off. I let the models warm up and the paint set for 30 minutes then back out for the white zenithal. worked like a charm.

Is Mordheim a fun game? I haven't ever been able to try it. How long does one game take?

@@brianshobbyspace3569 I couldn’t tell you sadly. I’ve only seen dramatized battle reps. I’ve made a roster, engaged with the Mordheim community on Reddit, and brainstormed with my FLGS about warband ideas. Those three things have been fun and encouraging, but aside from reading through the rules I’m pretty green. It has me chewing at the bit to play and paint that’s for sure! I’m new to mini wargaming I’ve only played 5 Parsecs from Home and Space Station Zero; both being solo skirmish games, absolutely great time, but solo.

Most if not all of the mini's that I've painted have been primed in this exact way. I can try to get a video done to show you the `quality` of my painting but I think many might laugh at that quality because I'm usually aiming for table top / 3 foot quality. That is to say that when viewed from about 3 feet away it looks nice.

@@brianshobbyspace3569 Yeah But it's not really about your painting skill rather about how the primer does it's job in such wheater, does the paint hold on well? How is it compared to a normally primed modell?
