You I had the same problem with why the hot water wasn’t coming out… and I also didn’t no about the holding the cool water till it flash… this a nice tip and tricks.. thank you so much

it took me so long trying to figure out why the hot water wasn't coming out, i read the manual and everything, says to continuously hold the hot water icon to unlock hot water and i was sitting there trying everything until i saw this video realizing u have to press 2 buttons at once, thanks a lot man

This helped me out so much we had it about a month and I wanted to have hot water for my coffee but I did not know why it would not work I also did not know that it could pour water by itself thanks man

My cold water is always on the green light , does your green light for the cold water turn on often?

Does it remember your last setting or do you have to choose the water temp every time? Same question for the continuous flow. Does it remember the last setting or do you have to press and do the long hold each time?

Does this model have a nightlight? I watched a video that seemed like it did but I can’t find it anywhere. Also mine didn’t come with the coupon book even though Walmart says that it does

Does anybody else’s dispenser make a small buzzing sound like all the time?? It’s not a big deal to me or that loud at all, I just wanna make sure it’s normal..

you can have both switches turned ON but I believe your normal water will be colder than normal room temperature. Try it...

Do these have a night light like the other models?

no, it doesn't come with always on light but even if it does have a night light. you would still need light in the room to search for the glass.

I've read reviews about unit being loud/noisy what you think?

For me, it’s the usual water boiling sound or water pumping sound when using. I have used other water dispenser. I don’t think it’s that loud / noisy. In above video is the operating sound loud?

I can understand some noise while operating the water dispensing functions but do you hear any noise when the machine is in standby NOT dispensing water?

I am not aware of a lock option in this unit or any other unit. Anyways, This unit runs on POWER. :-) I believe switching off the power will disable it.

@@SunilManickalal I figured it out! LoL! I have that same exact dispenser. You're supposed to press and hold hot and cold buttons until everything flashes. You do the same to unlock. Thanks for the response. 👍
