Prince Charles rode Good Prospect in the 1981 Horse And Hound Grand Military Gold Cup. The Prince’s attempt to win the race came to a premature end when the 12-year-old horse made a mistake at the 18th Railway Fence less than a mile from home and unseated him. He remounted and appeared unhurt apart from a bloodied nose and rode the gelding back to the unsaddling enclosure. The Prince and Good Prospect had been favorite to win the steeplechase that day. Features the ITV racing closing credits, hand written results and in-vision continuity.

remember this well. Charlie came a cropper, i had bet on Colonial Lad and the loose horse forced him off
